How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

✅ A tracking number
✅ A link to the courier’s tracking page
Use the tracking number to check delivery status in real time. If you need help interpreting tracking updates, our customer support team is happy to assist.
Not Receiving Tracking Updates?
If tracking information hasn’t updated within 3–5 business days after shipping:
- First check your email (including spam/junk folder)
- Ensure the tracking number was entered correctly
- Contact support with your order number
