How to track your order 

After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. 

This email will include:  

  • Your tracking number 
  • A link to the courier’s tracking page 

Click the link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s site to see your delivery status in real time. 

If you’re unsure what a tracking update means, our customer support team is happy to help. 

Not seeing tracking updates? 

If your tracking information hasn’t updated within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped: 

  1. Check your email, including your spam/junk folder, for the shipping confirmation. 
  2. Make sure you’ve entered your tracking number correctly on the courier’s website. 
  3. If it still doesn’t update, contact our support team with your order number so we can look into it for you.
