How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our sales team at sales@skylinestoneproducts.com.
All approved returns must be shipped to the following location:

Return Authorization (RMA)
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
- RMAs must be issued by Skyline Stone Products prior to shipping.
- Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be received in original, unopened packaging to qualify for credit.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective, stock items.
- Returns are not accepted more than 90 days from the original purchase date.
- Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not permitted for the following:
- Hazardous materials (Hazmat)
- Chemicals or adhesive products
- Special-order or custom items
Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is confirmed to be the result of of a shipping error or defective product, following inspection by Skyline Stone Products.
