How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our sales team at sales@skylinestoneproducts.com.
All approved returns must be shipped to the following location:

Return Authorization (RMA)

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns.
  • RMAs must be issued by Skyline Stone Products prior to shipping.
  • Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be received in original, unopened packaging to qualify for credit.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective, stock items.
  • Returns are not accepted more than 90 days from the original purchase date.
  • Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not permitted for the following:

  • Hazardous materials (Hazmat)
  • Chemicals or adhesive products
  • Special-order or custom items

Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is confirmed to be the result of of a shipping error or defective product, following inspection by Skyline Stone Products.
