At Skyline Stone Products, we work to process and ship orders quickly while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper handling of professional-grade tools and supplies. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, or due to product availability. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Structure

To keep shipping simple and transparent, Skyline Stone Products uses the following structure:

Standard Items
Standard items include products such as blades, pads, and other non-hazardous, non-heavy items.
Flat-rate shipping: $15
Free shipping on orders over $350
Free shipping applies only to eligible standard items shipped within the 48 contiguous United States

Hazmat Items
The following product categories are treated as hazmat for shipping purposes:

  • Epoxies
  • Adhesives / glues
  • Polyester resins
  • Sealers
  • Acetone / solvents
  • Chemical liquids

Hazmat items are subject to the following rules:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $35
  • Ground shipping only
  • Not eligible for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $350
  • All hazmat items are grouped within the same shipping profile


Heavy Items
Heavy items include larger tools and bulky items only. This category does not include small dense items.
Heavy items are subject to the following rules:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $25 per item
  • Not eligible for free shipping, even if the order total exceeds $350

Checkout Transparency

  • We want shipping charges to be clear and final at the time of checkout.
  • No split shipments will be shown at checkout
  • No hidden fees or post-checkout shipping charges
  • All applicable shipping charges will be presented clearly before the order is completed

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on your shipping address and the contents of your order.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Typical transit times:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Freight Shipments: Transit times vary by destination and carrier

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying standard-item orders over $350 within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note:

  • Free shipping applies only to eligible standard items
  • Hazmat items are not eligible for free shipping
  • Heavy items are not eligible for free shipping
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are excluded from free shipping promotions
  • Carrier selection (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carrier) is at our discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout

Freight & Oversized Shipments
Some large or oversized items may require freight delivery.
Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery. If visible damage is present:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product condition
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.

Hazardous Materials
Certain products require special handling and transportation due to hazardous materials regulations.
Hazmat items:

  • Ship by ground service only
  • Are charged at the applicable flat hazmat shipping rate
  • Are not eligible for free shipping
  • May be subject to handling and transport restrictions based on destination
  • Hazmat shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are determined according to the product category in your order, as outlined above.
Where applicable, shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed.
International customers, if service becomes available, are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package
  • Any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or expected delivery date.
Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of damaged packaging and product, if applicable
  • We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
