The 10 Foot (3-meter) Automatic Dry Dust Collector System with Arm is a heavy-duty industrial dust extraction solution designed to provide superior dust control for stone fabrication shops and other industrial workspaces. This automatic dry dust collector is built with a robust stainless steel frame and powerful vacuum motors that generate strong suction, capturing fine airborne dust particles created during cutting, grinding, sculpting, or grinding of materials such as granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, fiberglass, ceramic, and porcelain. 

This system includes a movable extraction arm that allows targeted dust capture in specific work areas, making it ideal for detailed work or projects where dust is produced away from the main workbench. The extraction arm can be operated independently from the main unit through its own on/off controls on the control panel, providing flexibility during operation.

Operation of the dust collector is simple and effective. When turned on, the system draws air from the bottom of the unit, creating a downward airflow that pulls dust horizontally from the work surface and away from operators. Inside the collector, specially designed cloth filter sleeves trap the dust particles, allowing only clean, filtered air to exit through the top of the system. Collected dust is stored in a catch basin located at the bottom of the unit, which can be emptied based on usage requirements.
