TENAX HYDREX SEALER QT

Tenax Hydrex Stone Sealer is a high-performance penetrating sealer designed to protect stone surfaces by blocking liquids and stains from entering the material’s micro-porous structure. It provides both water and oil resistance, making it an excellent choice for polished granite and polished marble surfaces. Hydrex is especially effective on stones such as Carrara, Thassos, Trani, Botticino, Marfil, and other similar materials.

This sealer allows the stone to breathe naturally, preserving its original appearance without altering color or finish. Coverage averages 215–323 sq. ft. per liter, depending on the porosity of the stone being treated.

Instructions

This product must be evenly applied on a clean, dry surface. Spread Tenax Hydrex Stone. Sealer evenly using a clean sponge or cloth. Apply until the surface no longer absorbs the product. Immediately clean/buff with a clean, dry cloth. Excess product may create a superficial glossy and sticky film, so it is important to remove excess immediately after application. After waiting 10-15 minutes, repeat the procedure. If used on floors, wait 24 hours before walking on the surface.

Shelf Life

This product will last at least 2 years if kept between 65° and 77°. Keep away from heat, humidity, and sunlight.

WARNING: Tenax Hydrex does not provide anti-etch protection on marble surfaces. Use of acidic substances such as wine, tomatoes, citrus, coffee, etc., will etch the surface by creating a chemical reaction with the calcium carbonate present in marbles. For etching problems, use Tenax TeEtch.
