TERMINATOR 3CM (T) R3 PROFILE & POLISHING WHEEL SET

The Terminator 3CM (T) R3 Profile & Polishing Wheel system is a complete 7-position CNC tooling sequence designed to create and finish a 3 cm T-profile edge with an R3 (3 mm) radius.

The sequence progresses from initial diamond profiling and contour shaping through intermediate refinement and final resin polishing. All positions use a 1/2" Gas Thread connection for compatible CNC stone fabrication equipment.

Profile Sequence

Position 1 – Initial Rough Profiling
The first stage of the sequence, designed for initial material removal and rough shaping of the 3 cm T-profile. This Red-Plus diamond tool establishes the basic R3 contour and prepares the edge for the following profiling stages.

Position 2 – Intermediate Profile Refining
Continues the profile development started by Position 1. This stage refines the edge contour, smooths transitions, and progressively improves the accuracy of the T-profile and R3 radius.

Position 3 – Final Profile Finishing
Provides the final profiling pass before the polishing stages. Position 3 further smooths and refines the shaped edge, preparing the profile for a consistent polishing process.

Position 4 – Final CNC Profile & Contour Refining
The last Red-Plus diamond profiling stage. Position 4 is used to achieve a smooth, consistent contour and complete the CNC profile preparation before moving to the resin polishing sequence.

Position 5 – Initial Resin Polishing
The first ITE resin polishing stage. Used after the diamond profiling sequence to remove remaining machining marks and begin refining the surface of the 3 cm R3 profile.

Position 6 – Advanced Resin Polishing
Continues the polishing progression after Position 5, further refining the edge surface and improving smoothness and clarity in preparation for the final polishing stage.

Position 7 – Final Resin Polishing
The final resin polishing stage in the sequence. Position 7 is designed for maximum surface refinement, helping achieve a highly polished, consistent finish with reduced micro-scratches before any final ultra-fine polishing process, if required.

How the Sequence Works

Profiling:
Position 1 → Position 2 → Position 3 → Position 4

Polishing:
Position 5 → Position 6 → Position 7

For best results, use each position in sequence to progressively shape, refine, and polish the 3 cm T-profile with R3 radius. The first four positions perform the diamond profiling process, while Positions 5 through 7 progressively refine the surface through resin polishing.
