WEHA QUARTZ POLISHING PAD GEO

The 4-inch WEHA Quartz Polishing Pad Geo is a premium diamond polishing pad engineered for professional wet polishing of quartz engineered stone, granite, and similar hard stone surfaces. Each pad is crafted with a high concentration of industrial diamonds embedded in a durable resin matrix to ensure efficient polishing and a high-gloss finish at every grit level. 

The pads are flexible yet durable, making them suitable for polishing flat surfaces, edges, sink bowls, tight radii, and ogee profiles. The Geo pattern also helps reduce outer segment loss on the pad’s edge, improving pad life and reliability during use. 

Though specially formulated for quartz engineered stone with a white resin base that helps eliminate resin bleeding and staining on lighter stones, these pads also polish granite, quartzite, and similar natural stone surfaces with excellent results.

How the grit sequence works:

• Lower grits (50 and 100): Aggressively refine and remove surface imperfections, tool marks, and heavy scratches.
• Mid grits (200 and 400): Smooth the surface and begin building a more refined finish.
• Intermediate grit (800): Further refine the surface and transition toward a polishing stage.
• High grits (1500 and 3000): Create a deep, high-gloss mirror finish on the stone.
  Using the pads in order from 50 up to 3000 brings the surface from rough to polished in a controlled sequence, minimizing swirl marks and maximizing shine.
