This water wall dust collector creates a continuous flowing wall of water that captures dust particles generated from cutting, grinding, or processing hard materials such as granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, ceramic, porcelain and similar surfaces. By trapping dust in the water as it falls, this system helps maintain cleaner work environments and supports safer air quality for operators.

The operation of this wet collector is straightforward and effective. Water is filled into the collection booth and, when activated, circulates from the top to the bottom to form a waterfall wall. Powerful vacuum motors draw dust horizontally from the work surface into the water wall, where particles are trapped and carried down into the catch basin. The collected mud and debris can be emptied periodically, allowing the system to continue capturing dust with minimal interruption.
