The WEHA Water Wall Suction Wall Dust Collector 13 Foot (4 Meter) is a heavy duty wet dust collection system designed to capture and remove airborne dust in stone fabrication and industrial work environments. It uses a wall of circulating water to trap and pull dust particles directly from the work area, helping to maintain cleaner air and reduce the amount of silica and fine particulate matter that workers inhale. This robust unit is constructed with durable materials and powerful motors to provide reliable performance on large jobs and extended work periods, making it suited for granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, ceramic, porcelain and other similar materials.

Operation of this dust collector is straightforward and effective. Water is filled into the collection booth and, once the system is activated, it creates a continuous waterfall or water wall that moves from the top of the unit down to the bottom catch basin. A strong vacuum is generated by the powerful motors, pulling dust horizontally from the work surface into the flowing water where it is trapped and carried down into the catch basin. The collected sludge or mud can be emptied periodically to keep the system operating efficiently.
